I was not informed of issues with the house such as pointing out there is no electricity in the ceiling and each room had lamps. I need my Buyer’s agent to point out things I may not notice. I moved in one month after closing because I had contractors fixing things I did notice, which was fine because I’ve had fixer uppers before. This is my third home purchase so I am not a novice at this so when she sent me something about buyer’s remorse when I vacillated about whether or not to purchase this home, it felt condescending.
