Before my parents passed, Kim was their neighbor and friend. I gave her the listing because of those facts. I couldn't be happier that I did. She helped me mentally, physically, and emotionally. She explained the timeline and requirements, strategized the listing timing and vetted the multiple listings we received above asking. I know that some would say that in this market it's super easy to just put it out there and take the money, but, I firmly believe that she made the whole process smooth, seamless and much easier on me.
