Before my parents passed, Kim was their neighbor and friend. I gave her the listing because of those facts. I couldn't be happier that I did. She helped me mentally, physically, and emotionally. She explained the timeline and requirements, strategized the listing timing and vetted the multiple listings we received above asking. I know that some would say that in this market it's super easy to just put it out there and take the money, but, I firmly believe that she made the whole process smooth, seamless and much easier on me. She earned her commission and will allow me to look back at this experience with a smile.

This is the second house my wife and I have bought so we aren't the most experienced buyers. Kim really went above and beyond to help us understand all aspects of the purchase, including things with houses we were looking at that we didn't realize at first. When we finally did put an offer in she impressed us by going above and beyond the call of duty and going down to the local city managers office to help with the process of getting a permit approved. We felt like Kim always gave us the real answers, even if we didn't want to hear it, which we really appreciated. She treated us like family and we'll happily work with her again when the time comes.

Kim was excellent marketing our home to appeal to a broad base of potential buyers. She made excellent suggestions to help stage our property prior to showings and priced it at a fair market price. Our home had multiple offers within a week of our open house. During escrow Kim kept us informed very step of the way and made sure the buyers were performing according to the contract. Although closing was delayed by the buyer's big bank lender, Kim was diligent in keeping us in the loop. She anticipated any issues and dealt with them quickly. . She has a wealth of knowledge and we would definitely use Kim again to buy or sell.

She even brought floor samples to met as I could not make it to store during business hours. I am very grateful for all the personal assistacne that she provided. Amazing realtor! My wife and I were looking for a house for 5 and a half years. I got an e-mail from Kim and didn't realize who she was at first. I remember, vaguely, that we met at a Home Depot in Laguna Niguel about 10 years ago. After a few months, she said she knew of a woman selling a house in Artesia. Gotta tell ya, she always returned my calls promptly. Long story short, We have already moved and have been living in our new home now for a month. It's EXACTLY what we wanted. Were so happy. We lost our former house in the meltdown. If it wasn't for Kim, I'm not sure how it would have been before we found a house in a good area.

Kim has a tremendous amount of experience in Real Estate. She has completed 3 deals with us and I have been extremely satisfied with all the transactions. They are smooth and close quickly. Her knowledge of the Orange County Marketplace is exceptional and her client communication is outstanding. Kim was my agent in locating and purchasing my first home and also in selling it 4 years later when I moved. The initial purchase was at a time when everything on the housing market were short sales, bids for each property were abundant, and competition in that market was steep. She managed to locate a property that was going on the market just that day.
