Alex is the real deal. He is kind, knowledgeable, trust-worthy, and honest. He stuck with us through the pandemic, as house after house was being given cash offers for 100-200K over the asking price. I was discouraged but he continued to look at homes and to believe it was possible for us. I am a solo parent and while others gave us impossibilities, Alex believed in the process and saw only what was possible. He knew we had to find our right fit and waited and was discerning and knowledgeable about the process. As a first-time home buyer, this was invaluable, both his trust it would come through for us, the tenacity, and the willingness to help even beyond the sale, when I had questions about taxes as a first-time buyer in the spring after the sale. Creo que no nos oriento muy bien en la Venta de nuestra casa ademas nos dijo que la fecha de cierre seria ya y que si podriamos dejar meter cosas a los nuevos dueños una fecha la cual ocurrio 2 dias despues,nunca hubo mucha publicidad para tratar de vender,nos habia dicho que como seria venta y compra nos bajaria un poco su comicion lo cual no ocurrio.
