Really like Kristen and she was very helpful. But there were two times when the Redfin computer system failed us. The sellers were not aware of inspection time and the walk through time. In my view, those need to be double checked because it is not fair to the seller and buyer. Other than that, she was exceptional and always responded quickly and did everything we asked for. Would recommend for sure. She was knowledgeable and kept us up to date on things we should know.
