Krystal and her team helped us purchase our dream home and we could not have asked for a better experience. Buying a house in the bay area during a pandemic was a real challenge. We started looking for our dream home in Oct-Nov’20 after the loan pre-approval process. We visited many houses through other real estate agents. After looking at numerous houses we didn’t find the house we call Dream Home. During that time we didn’t get any constructive help from real estate agents either. We decided to switch to another real estate agent. In Feb’21 we met Krystal and she is a God-sent angel to our many months of house hunting expedition. Krystal has been very patient, accommodating, and responsive. Krystal also took every precaution to make sure we were safe and compliant w/ the regulations for COVID-19 restrictions. and was able to set up viewings for us last minute and even adjusted when viewings were no longer available. We saw more than 20 homes over a period of about 3 months and she came with us to every single house we toured, including weekends with a great smile and positive energy. In our home hunting journey, we put 4 offers and the first 3 offers didn’t work out due to INSANE over-bidding or an all-cash offer. With Krystal’s help, we found our dream home but the battle was not over as we knew for this house also we have to prepare for over-bidding. Krystal walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggested that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked very well as the seller choose over the other two offers and we thank Krystal for that every day! The closing process was a little challenging as I have to close the deal before my pre-approval/interest lock time expires. Krystal worked well with our lender as well as communicating with seller/agents to close the deal 1 day before my interest lock time expires. We are so beyond grateful to work with Krystal and her team to make our dream come true. I would defiantly recommend Krystal to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, get exactly the home you are looking for and will work with a big smile and plenty of positive vibes to make sure that you find your dream home.
