Krystal and her team helped us purchase our dream home and we could not have asked for a better experience. Buying a house in the bay area during a pandemic was a real challenge. We started looking for our dream home in Oct-Nov’20 after the loan pre-approval process. We visited many houses through other real estate agents. After looking at numerous houses we didn’t find the house we call Dream Home. During that time we didn’t get any constructive help from real estate agents either. We decided to switch to another real estate agent. In Feb’21 we met Krystal and she is a God-sent angel to our many months of house hunting expedition.
