Laura was super helpful during our sale. She handled a super difficult buyer/ buyers agent through their various bumps on timelines and requests. We feel we got top dollar in a difficult Oakland market and into contract within the first week of active. Her strategy created great interest and she was very knowledgeable on other newer listings in the building. Her help on sales price proved to capture the interest of buyers in a downward market.
