Working with Laura has been a treat. She really took the time to learn my needs and knew exactly what it was that I needed. If I couldn't make it to a showing, she attended and was sure to live record with me and ask all the questions on my behalf. Laura stayed on top of my account the whole way through, from her communications with the lenders, or even the prior owners, things were in line. Laura also has such a relatable and welcoming spirit so it's like having a family member or friend walk you through the process. I'm super pleased with the amount of care and patience she took. And to top it all off, on closing day she took the time to arrange a thoughtful welcoming gift with essentials for move in. Wow!!!
