Leanne, though living on Whidbey Island, was ALWAYS accommodating to meeting us wherever we chose to view a prospective property. She did her “homework” prior to visiting the listing so we were well informed as to what we might expect. When we did select a property, she gave us a complete list of people to contact for inspections and such.. Closing went smoothly and was completed in our two week timeline. We highly recommend her as she is professional, kind and extremely efficient.

Leanne opened my eyes to looking outside my original comfort zone as far as areas to buy. This led to me finding my perfect home that checked all my boxes. I just couldn't find everything I wanted in my original area, as it was over my budget. The transaction went well even though the seller required faster timelines, etc. Her advice on negotiation and inspections, etc, were all very helpful in getting what I wanted and getting the deal done.

She continued to check in and make sure I was clear on the process and knew my upcoming deadlines for document signing, etc. She was very thorough with the documentation and communication with the other parties. I felt very confident that everything was done professionally. My questions and concerns were either answered by her or she relayed to the other party and resolved. Everything happened very fast and she kept me on track through the process.
