My husband and I worked with Licelia on the tail end of the pandemic. She went up and beyond what any realtor would do for their clients. She must have viewed more than 80 homes with us. We had made many offers with rejections also many deals just fell through. She stayed positive and assured us we would find our forever home. That when its ment to be it will all work out. Finally, after about two years of ups and downs, we did find a beautiful home in Hazlet. She also listed our property for us and got us a very good offer for our townhome. On closing day she felt more like a friend than a realtor. I think anyone lucky enough to get paired with Licelia would be in great hands.
