Linda was very nice with our initial meeting and I thought that she would be a good fit to represent me with my home sale, however, as things progressed I had varying concerns, trust issues and fears. 1. There was very little direction on what to do to prepare my home for sale. 2. The marketing documents did not represent the home properly. One of the worst photos of the side of the garage was one of the main photos. Also, the home was misrepresented on the listing, I emailed her to change it as well as verbally voice it and it was never changed nor was my email responded to. 3. There was honesty concerns, she was not honest and forth coming on a few interactions. 4. She was not present nor was any sellers agent present for the day of major showings, because of this I waited for hours in front of the home to ensure people we're able to get in and the house seen. Also, there was no one there instilling any COVID regulations. When I voiced concerns she made what seemed to be excuses which was very disheartening. 5. On the first day or two of showings, there was no feed back on what anyone thought of the home. 6. There was lack of direction with the documents, they were all sent via docusign and no person period went over the documents with me I had to read and figure things out on my own. In conclusion, I felt very alone in the process of selling my home which for me was one of the biggest transactions of my life. It does not feel good to have to provide this review, however, my main concern is for no one else to have to go through this extremely disheartening experience.
