I'm a first time buyer. I was grateful to work with Lou because he helped me in acquiring all the necessary documents to buy this condo and also in cooperation with the Loan officer, Dan Paulsen. Lou never stopped just to do his job as my Realtor but he went beyond his duty. He helped me in fixing my AC by sending Christian guys to fixed it with no extra cost on my behalf. He sent me a handyman who is also a very good person.
