Louis is the best real estate agent I know in nevada, he has worked through some very complex Sales and purchases for me. 2 1/ purchases and 2 sales. Louis is as thorough as they get!. One of my purchases, I contacted him, And we had to have a offer in within an hour and a half, and he got the job done, one of the purchases He helped with Information on the appraisal, because the appraiser wasn't sure how to do it. I initially met Lou in 2014 when I was purchasing a home. Surprisingly, the process was easy until 3 days before closing when my lender pulled out. Lou did not panic, he called a lender he knew who had me approved in 3 hours and I closed on time. When I decided to sell that home, It was a no brainer to call Lou. He is professional, upbeat and always available (He immediately responded to my midnight text messages). He came to my home, took great pictures and made some suggestions to maximize my return...which worked because he got me $11k more than the most recent comp. I highly recommend Lou. He will work at getting you the most money.

Louis had to tell the appraisal person how to obtain the appraisal as there were no comps in the area for this unique transaction. He had to assist in all areas for me to get this loan done. Its It's the second time I've used Louis, and I am so confident in his ability to have my best interests in mind. He listens to what I want, !!! And this is the most important aspect to me. Louis did a GREAT job on selling my home. He went above and beyond what any Realtor should do to ensure my selling experience went as smooth and fast as possible. Louis not only babysat the entire transaction, negotiating a price higher than the list price, pushing the deal along with all parties, inspectors, appraisers, etc. Closing the deal in 3 weeks. from acceptance of the offer. I met Louis and I was renting and I’m a disabled vet and Louis told me he could help me purchase for what I was renting for. He referred me to his lender and started the process. He helped me find insurance, drove me to the bank and was there throughout the hole process. Once we closed he personally programmed my garage door opener and I also had a leak in the front yard and he assisted with that also. He made the home buying process very easy and my total cost were less then $4,000 and mortgage payment that was reasonably close to what I was renting for. I would definitely recommend Louis to everyone because he just doesn’t sell you a home but goes the extra mile.
