Maggie Phung

Maggie's attitude and manner are OK. She is polite. However, Maggie seems unexperienced. She is non-proactive, careless, and slow response (usually reply after two to three hours). Maggie did not communicate the information and process to us timely. Every time we needed to call Maggie to ask her about the process. She replied very late, about two to three hours later, which seriously affected our timely decision and follow up actions. As a seller's agent, she did not help us to proofread the documents. For examples, the seller's name in the offer is wrong; non-existing household items written as included in the offer document, which resulted we needed to pay a credit $1,200 to buyer for such mistake. Also Maggie did not aware of the tight escrow closing schedule. We needed to call Escrow company ourselves for the final settlement statements and packages, urge them to arrange notary on the last minute! Because Maggie is not so helpful, and the services of the escrow company that she assigned were so poor, the whole house selling process made us very frustrated.

Maggie is an exceptional agent. She is very responsive to all our inquiries. When we told her we wanted to put in an offer, she did her diligence to advise us on the appropriate price and completed our offer in less than 12 hours! It was impressive. She helped us get our dream house despite multiple competitive offers. Then she went ahead and scheduled all our necessary inspections and kept us on track with tasks. Overall, could have not asked for a better home-buying experience.
