I worked with Malinda when purchasing my home 20 years ago. It was my first home purchase so I had no idea what to expect. She was up front about the costs and what things I was likely able to get through negotiations. She made the process very enjoyable and easy. She answered all my calls promptly and was always willing to work around my schedule. When it came time to sell that home, I had no hesitation to contact Malinda. She was extraordinary at helping me get it ready to sell. Especially since I was renting it. She worked well with my tenant and myself to make sure everything went smoothly. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of buying and selling a home. I highly recommend Malinda!

Malinda was our realtor when we bought our first home years ago. When it came time to sell our house and buy another we didn’t even consider going with anyone other then Malinda. Shes friendly and personable. Extremely knowledgeable. And my personal favorite she responds quickly to email and text! I would recommend her to anyone.

We had some issues with some buyers that backed out…it was not a good situation and we felt that she went above and beyond to smooth out and handle the situation.
