We have been working with Mandy since before RedFin and happily supported her transition to RedFin. She put up with us when we first started our journey when we thought we wanted land to build on and supported us and our interests with thoughtful tips and suggestions throughout. When land only proved un feasible, we shifted to a home on land. Looking back, we only looked at 13 properties (including land only) to find our forever home. Time wise, she invested over two years in us. Now we get to spend a couple of years making updates to make it our own. She truly helped us find THE gem in the rough and we are so grateful to have the opportunity to make this property really something special. She has even asked to keep her informed as we move through the process. 😊 She also listed our home and we heeded her suggestions with updates prior to listing and took advantage of Notable to assist with improvement costs. Although the market took a turn (interest hike and uneasy fiscal outlook), she managed to get our home sold in a little over two months. With every challenge and process hiccup, she was there to bring her Zen and support. She isn’t just our agent at this point-she is officially family. Our son and his wife will be looking for a home after the first of the year, and although our daughter-in-law wants to use her aunt as an agent, I am pushing hard to encourage them to give Mandy a call. Amazing from start to finish

We have been working with Mandy for two years…starting with looking at land only to build a home and then deciding a better option is to buy a home that needs some work and make it our own. She worked with us to view thirteen properties (10 with her and three with Clifford). We made offers on four (two land and two homes) before closing on the house on River Heights. She was our champion when things went sideways (a lot of cooks in the kitchen when bringing in lenders and title) and walked us through Notable as we readied our current home to list. We heard about RedFin from Mandy when she joined the company. We are using her to list and sell our current home and will be doing some additional strategizing in the near future. She has been wonderful to work with, is very responsive, and smooths the inevitable ripples in the buying process. I highly recommend her.
