Mandy was incredible to work with. I would recommend her whole heartedly. The first day we met Mandy, she came over with detailed estimates and options already prepared. She left no questions unanswered. She set us up with a staging consultant that she paid for, helped clean our windows after we pulled a cleaning all nighter before the photographer came over, sent reminder texts before every event (showings, inspections, appraisals, reviews) to keep us on track, sat patiently with us for hours while we reviewed offers, and answered every question or concern we had along the way. Also, because of the company she works with, she saved us $4,000 by not taking the same percentage as other realtors in the area. AND she also looked up a house for us at our next destination!
