Marcie, Hansom and their team have provided exactly the kind of support we needed given how stressful 2022 is for the buyer. Marcie was quick to book showings and insure the house wasn’t gone even before we had a chance to submit an offer. She also pointed out issues that she noticed while doing virtual home tours, so we understood we could really trust her as she was doing her best. I chose to work with Marcie because she seemed honest and knowledgeable and she has always come up to my expectations. Later on when I worked with the rest of her team I understood how dedicated and spot on everyone is. Early mornings, late afternoons, weekends, it really didn’t matter. They were always there for us. I would absolutely contact the Ruya Team if I wanted to buy or sell a house.

When we first met with Marcie and Hansom, our house had been on the market for 6 months during a time when houses were flying off the shelf. Marcie and Hansom came up with some great marketing for our house, took new pictures and made an amazing video for Youtube of our house. I have to say, they really nailed it. After the house only being on the market for a day or two, we were under contract and 6 months worth of stress and worry were lifted off of our shoulders. We purchased our home with Hansom & Marcie when we got stationed in OK. It was an obvious choice to list with them when we got word of our orders to a new base a few years later. Their process is very thorough, quick & efficient, which as a seller, is great when you've got pets and kids in the house. We're thankful for their work and their friendship!

Everyone on the team was extremely nice and accommodating. Details were always explained to me in advance. I always received prompt phone calls to answer questions and address worries that came up. And most importantly, I did not feel pressured to make choices I was uncomfortable with. I plan to work with Marcie and Hansom again if I ever need to move.

They also quickly connected me to people or more information if they didn't have all the answers or to specialized areas, which was very beneficial (example, tornados, terrain here, etc). Marcie and Hansom were a great team and undoubtedly played a huge and helpful role in my home buying process. This was my first purchase and I didn't have much knowledge of how it worked, but they patiently worked with me, answering all my questions and offering sound advice without putting any added pressure on me. They heard my wants and needs and I ended up finding and closing on my home without any holdups! They also had some great recommendations for a few home repairs I needed done. Marcie was our agent when selling our house. Our house was on the market for 48 hours before it was sold. Inevitably, the buyers pulled out due to some issues on their end and the house was back on the market. Within the next couple of days it was sold again but due to financing issues on the buyers part... it was again on the market. The third time IS the charm! The house sold within days and we finally closed on the house. This was an infinitely easier experience than I thought home buying could be, and this is largely due to working with Marcie and Hansom. They were quick with any answers I needed, even if it wasn't within their scope of the process, and were just as quick to steer me away from the bad that I may never have noticed as they were in pointing out the good. This is my first home, but I cannot imagine how the experience could go much more smoothly.

Working with Marcie and Hansom was our third time buying a house. The first two experiences were terrible, and I just assumed all experiences were realtors were going to be terrible. But, surprise! This couple is a genuine delight to work with. They are personable, real, and worked so hard to help us in every confusing step of the home-buying process. I think one reason my first two experiences were so bad, was I was constantly feeling stupid for not knowing how things were suppose to work. But these two never made us feel like that. They were beyond patient, and I left the whole process feeling like they were friends. Oh, and feeling more confident about the home-buying process.
