We used Redfin previously for purchasing and selling our home in California. We decided to stick with Redfin when looking for our home in Chicago and we were referred to Marco. Right off the bat Marco was responsive and willing to help us look for a home while we were still residing in California. Marco was patient with us during this time and we eventually decided to sell first then look for a home when we were closer to Chicago. When we finally go into the area, Redfin made it easy to book appointments. Marco did not always give us a tour but he was on the ball and always followed up after every tour.
