Mark moved to Gainesville in 1991 from Maryland with his wife and two children, drawn by the climate, abundance of nature, and the University of Florida. With a background in residential home construction and golf course management, Mark brings a diverse range of experiences to his real estate services.
For over 20 years, he worked on golf courses as superintendent and general manager in Gainesville and Delaware. His desire to help people led him to the world of real estate, Mark enjoys welcoming new-comers to the Gainesville area. He measures his success by goals achieved, and will give you the time and attention you need to find your dream home, or usher you through the selling process.
When he's not working in the world of Real Estate, he enjoys spending time with grandchildren, playing guitar, and exploring the beaches and rivers of North Florida.

Mark was very attentive and professional throughout our home-buying experience. Being 4 hours away from our target area, and unable to view homes without several day's notice, we would call Mark and within that day, he would drive to the home and video chat with us. Additionally, he has the right background to offer opinions on the condition of the guts of the home, i.e. flooring, roofing and plumbing.
