Mark’s first words to me were “my buying situation was laughable and I could never compete with the offer I can make” yet here we are with me in a home with my “laughable” buying situation. Mark doesn’t like things to get difficult. If you can make a cash offer or have 20%+ for a down payment, he’s probably a good agent for you. Otherwise do not use Mark as an agent. He makes everything seem like an inconvenience.
