This is the fourth time I've worked with Mark, and definitely the most complicated sale. Just like the other times, I'm glad I was listing with Mark. As always, he was knowledgeable, responsive, communicative, timely, he listens. He navigated us through a lot of obstacles, an I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to sell our home for us.

When we decided to sell our townhouse, we decided to go with Mark because he helped us purchase it back in 2013. He was a great help then and he was a great help now. Buying and selling properties is very stressful but he made it less so by being patient, informative, and communicative. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who doesn't have an agent.

Mark is amazing. He was so patient with us. Never rushed us. If we didn't understand something or needed clarification, he always made us feel comfortable to ask him about anything. One of the best parts was constant, open communication. He would always follow-up with us to make sure everyone did their part in order to secure the house. And now we finally have our forever home because of Mark.
