Mark is knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. His knowledge was put to the test with the sale of my property. Luckily Mark has a network of attorneys to go over any legal issues you may have. What ever your problem, Mark has a solution. He’s one heck of an real estate agent. The best of the best. I highly recommend him. For the easy sales and the difficult ones. This is the fourth time I've worked with Mark, and definitely the most complicated sale. Just like the other times, I'm glad I was listing with Mark. As always, he was knowledgeable, responsive, communicative, timely, he listens. He navigated us through a lot of obstacles, an I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to sell our home for us.
When we decided to sell our townhouse, we decided to go with Mark because he helped us purchase it back in 2013. He was a great help then and he was a great help now. Buying and selling properties is very stressful but he made it less so by being patient, informative, and communicative. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who doesn't have an agent.
Mark is amazing. He was so patient with us. Never rushed us. If we didn't understand something or needed clarification, he always made us feel comfortable to ask him about anything. One of the best parts was constant, open communication. He would always follow-up with us to make sure everyone did their part in order to secure the house. And now we finally have our forever home because of Mark.

We were first time home buyers and Mark was patient and detailed when explaining the process and market condition to us. He was very objective and didn't have that 'sales' vibe you get from a lot of realtors. Within minutes of meeting him you will realize that he is extremely passionate about his craft. Mark did an absolutely fantastic job during the sale of my condo in Santa Clarita. He went over and above to take care of every problem that was found in the inspection. He was quick to follow-up with contractors that he hired to repair and correct the problems that the buyer requested. He answered every phone call that I made to him with questions. I feel that I could not have had a better realtor. I would highly recommend him.
Mark worked diligently to find a buyer, and then walked me through the process with some serious complications from the buyer's lender. He also assisted me in swiftly finding a rental property and getting into it very quickly.
His knowledge in all areas of real estate is excellent.
I was extremely satisfied with Mark's services. What I thought was going to be a tricky sale due to having a tenant occupied property ended up being an extremely smooth and quick sale. Mark recently helped my wife and I purchase our first home. We found Mark Gilmore to be highly dedicated to our needs, deeply knowledgeable, easy to work with, and a man of uncommon integrity. It was a difficult transaction that involved a demanding buyer and a demanding bank. This proved to NOT be a problem for Mark as he managed the buyer and the bank---and accelerated the close of the transaction which far exceed our expectations. Mark has the knowledge of a seasoned realtor and the patience of a teacher when it came to explaining our complex short sale situation. He will be the first and only person we call to handle our real estate transactions!
We have know Mark Gilmore for over 11 years now. Mark was the listing agent that sold our house in 2000 and within 2 weeks, we had 3 offers, and this last home we had him sell was a Mfg. home and was very good about finding the exact paperwork that we needed because of the land lease.
I have known Mark for a little over 10 years now and have worked with him on four separate transactions (the most recent being this year).
