I was impressed by Melissa's knowledge of all aspects of the home purchasing (and even construction and interior design) process here in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area - which includes the different rules and regulations for the different locations. Buying a home can be stressful, but Melissa kept me grounded and on track, always with a sunny disposition!
