Melissa is great. We used her to buy our first house and then sell it to relocate for closer commute to work. Melissa is pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. She even helped me pack up my last load at closing as I was behind in cleaning out on closing day.

Melissa was very knowlegable and proffesional with my sale.
This was a rental unit I was selling and Melissa actually went in and helped my tenant, who was moving, box up some of his belongings and clean up this unit so we could show it.
That's going above and beyond in my book.
In fact I just called her today to sell another unit I have.
