We loved working with Michael! He was funny, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He got us into properties quickly and always pointed out both the positives and the work they might need. He also knew the home-buying process inside and out, and he and his team made sure we understood every step and were always prepared for what came next. Additionally, he and his staff were all professional, supportive, and great to work with. His honesty and straightforward approach made the whole experience fairly easy and very informative. Although Michael is knowledgeable, his communication style often felt condescending and rushed. We only met with him once during the initial house tour and did not see him again afterward. He was not present for either the walkthrough or the closing. Ultimately, it is unclear how he added value to us as buyers throughout the process.
