Upon our very first meeting, Michelle listened to what I wanted, asked all thr right questions, and was very knowledgeable of the area and the options available.
Throughout the search process, she made herself available, kept me updated on each property, and worked with me and the seller's agents to schedule times that fit my crazy schedule.
Once I found the right house, she worked closely with me on various options for offers, laws, and various other real estate rules that we were able to take advantage of to get me the best price.
Throughout the entire process I was comfortable having her on my side. I never waited long for responses from her and she was understanding, helpful and actually cared about my experience.

Michelle was great and helped us close very quickly. We had actually switched to her from another Redfin agent that we were using. The previous redfin agent always took awhile to get back to us and didn't tour with us or communicate as well as Michelle. We thought it was just a get what you pay for type thing and almost dropped Redfin, but my wife suggested we try another agent and the difference was night and day. Michelle is an excellent communicator, very prompt, always answers calls and texts immediately. Ran into some issues along the way, like with every home purchase, and she made sure things went smoothly. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
