Upon our very first meeting, Michelle listened to what I wanted, asked all thr right questions, and was very knowledgeable of the area and the options available.
Throughout the search process, she made herself available, kept me updated on each property, and worked with me and the seller's agents to schedule times that fit my crazy schedule.
Once I found the right house, she worked closely with me on various options for offers, laws, and various other real estate rules that we were able to take advantage of to get me the best price.
Throughout the entire process I was comfortable having her on my side. I never waited long for responses from her and she was understanding, helpful and actually cared about my experience.
All-in-all - She's amazing!

Michelle was great and helped us close very quickly. We had actually switched to her from another Redfin agent that we were using. The previous redfin agent always took awhile to get back to us and didn't tour with us or communicate as well as Michelle. We thought it was just a get what you pay for type thing and almost dropped Redfin, but my wife suggested we try another agent and the difference was night and day. Michelle is an excellent communicator, very prompt, always answers calls and texts immediately. Ran into some issues along the way, like with every home purchase, and she made sure things went smoothly. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

It only took a few minutes to explain to Michelle what my situation was and what I was looking for. She immediately understood me and was on top of it! I purchased sight unseen so we did FaceTime tours and she made me feel like I was truly there, describing things in detail and answering all of my questions. We were always on the same page throughout the process. I knew she always had my best interest in mind, and I could trust her to be my eyes when I couldn’t be present. Furthermore, Michelle worked closely with my loan officer to ensure that we could close quickly and smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Michelle to others.

Michelle was beyond fantastic. I actually have a friend who is a realtor in San Diego. We chose to go with Michelle over that friend and I couldn't be happier that we did. She was on top of everything, responding within a minute or two with answers to our questions, and just making sure we were kept updated every step of the way. We had extremely difficult sellers and Michelle worked extra hard to make sure the deal went through successfully and as smoothly for us as possible. On top of all of that, we had a unique situation with my spouse currently living on the east coast. Michelle was great at coordinating with both of us and working with the different time zones. We will absolutely reach out to Michelle in the future if we have any real estate needs.
