Mike Ramos has been pretty much the work horse (I should say stallion) through our first time home buying process. He went out of his way to make sure things were smoothed out when we felt like things got rocky or we really had no idea what was going on. We hit what we think was lot of bumps in the road but Mike was there to make sure we understood and to not stress and walked us through every step. He made sure to explain to us several times what would happen and what we would feel along the way. We didn’t realize what he was saying until it actually happen and we have a great appreciation for that now . As a first time homebuyer I would highly recommend Mike. He was honest throughout the process he didn’t push us to do anything and he provided his honest feedback on the properties, the area and the current real estate environment. In the end he always understood what we wanted and always respected our choices. With his input we ended up getting the property we wanted and didn’t settle for anything less but still within our budget
