Mike Ramos has been pretty much the work horse (I should say stallion) through our first time home buying process. He went out of his way to make sure things were smoothed out when we felt like things got rocky or we really had no idea what was going on. We hit what we think was lot of bumps in the road but Mike was there to make sure we understood and to not stress and walked us through every step. He made sure to explain to us several times what would happen and what we would feel along the way. Run! Actually, flee! He will recommend Kurt from Opes advisors to finance your mortgage through Flagstar bank, and then you are toast. I found mike through an online search. He sounds knowledgeable in terms of real estate but has a short temper-he disagreed with the agent of the property we really wanted and was quite brash with me when I asked him to make another offer. I discussed with my wife about dropping him but time was not on our side. We should have waited. When our finance agent shocked us with a surprise mortgage interest rate on the day we were signing documents, we threatened (and really wanted) to get out. Mike took Kurt's side by claiming that he had nothing to gain (commission) for the HELOC part of our loan. He also told us that we would lose our 20+K deposit. As I... Show More

Mike and his team are absolutely phenomenal in closing deals. His administrative team, financial and lending team all work together as a single unit which moves the process of looking at houses to closing escrow's in no time.
I'd definitely recommend to do your own research about homes, areas and price points and he'll make sure to get you what you had in mind without a doubt!

Mike is a very professional and hardworking real estate agent and is very knowledgeable. He has helped us a lot trough a long time house searching in south bay. He even wrote a very considerate advertisement for a community that we like and show to the neighborhood just to see if anyone is willing to sell the house. Also, he is very warm and friendly.
Though his hardworking, he sometimes miss a few important points when presenting offers, i.e., he wrote a wrong targeted house zipcode, and he wrote a wrong offer price, it might just because he is super busy and cannot make things perfect. However, we ended up not getting through winning offers after 5 times. I would recommend him but also work closely with him to avoid any miss happening.

The best part about Michael is responsiveness. He will respond to you in timely manner and be readily available to answer all your questions. He is usually quiet throughout the transaction but in background working on lot of things to make this buying/selling a lot more convenient.

Michael did a great job listing and selling my house. I was very impressed with the way he marketed the house. He used social media, targeted email, a personal calling service and a Friday night neighbors wine and cheese party. He was very responsive and helpful to all of my questions. He returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. The house was on the market for only 13 days and received multiple offers. He was very effective in negotiating the offers. The best offer was a cash deal with no contingencies. The final closing price was an all-time record for a Santana Row loft! I would highly recommend Michael to list and sell your home.
