Nathan was very receptive to my timeline, goals, and pricing targets. While at the same time making sure to provide decisive feedback and direction on how to hit those goals. Nathan was great at coordinating all of the major milestones of selling my house (i.e. documentation, photos, advertisements, etc.) so that I could focus on staging my house.

Nathan was so patient and flexible with us and our odd schedules. He is not pushy. There was never any pressure to buy a house we didn't love. He made the home buying process go smoothly as he walked us through each step.
