This was my first time working with an agent and it was very stress-free. Nick was reliable, understanding and hard working. He’s knowledgeable about construction which was important to us when looking for an agent. He paid attention to details that we may have overlooked. He was great about getting us extra information on the houses we were looking at. He was willing to answer all our questions honestly and guide us in the right direction when putting in offers and looking for the right house. We are extremely happy with our purchase and appreciate Nick’s helping in getting it. We have already been recommending him to all our friends and family.
