I am so delighted we ran into Nick at an open house. That was not the house for us, but a month or so later when I found a house I wanted to see, I called Nick to see if he would help us. He helped us tour the home and he walked us through making an offer on the house. It went flawlessly. He guided us through all the documents that were required to make for a successful transaction. Nick advised us on the timing of then selling our home of 20 years. We contracted with Nick and Redfin to sell our home. Redfin created a beautiful marketing plan and we were included in the decisions regarding the plan. Nick was easy to work with. He made recommendations on pricing and staging and then he listened to us and together we made a plan. There was one open house and the house sold in five days. I attribute that to Nick's advice, planning, and Redfin's elegant marketing efforts. To top things off, at closing Nick asked if there was any way he could be of help and when asked if he could come help us with an install of shelving, he showed up with tools, a ladder, and a helpful mindset. We will happily recommend Nick to any of our friends who begin the housing transition.
