He’s knowledgeable about construction which was important to us when looking for an agent. He paid attention to details that we may have overlooked. He was great about getting us extra information on the houses we were looking at. Nick was amazing! Our search for a home started December 2022 and we closed on our home July 2023. Nick was patient, knowledgeable, and never tried to push us to make an offer above what we felt comfortable spending or on a home we did not see ourselves living in.
