Nicole is the best real estate agent. She is top notch and an asset to your company. We were remote sellers of this home for a TRUST. We needed her in many ways to meet with contractors, etc. She pointed out that we needed to insulate the pipes before the winter storm arrived. She even dripped the faucets. Over the two months or more that we worked with her, she trusted her excellent judgment. I was disappointed that the buyer's agent made that much more money than Nicole did. IF this had been our personal home we would have given her more money, but we were selling it for a TRUST. She certainly deserved more money.

From the time I first contacted Nicole in mid November, and explain to her that I would be coming and searching for a home, she was on it! In frequent, but not over weaning contact; patient with her explanations, and an answering my questions; customized and re-customized the two days of tours we had, visiting 11 homes. As she began to know my desires, better, her suggestions were spot on. I could not have asked for a more positive experience, communicating with me frequently, knowing that this was the first home purchase for myself, other than my primary residence, which is a condo. I’ve lived in for 30 years!
