Nathan helped us buy our first home in Santa Fe. He was so knowledgeable and trustworthy that when we needed to sell our parents' home four years later, we sought him out. Then we reached out to him a third time this year to sell our home. This allowed us to see Nathan in action as both and buyer's and seller's agent. In both, he demonstrated a nuanced understanding of the market and the buying/selling process. He is kind, friendly, patient, empathetic, easy to reach, and supportive, regardless of the price point of the sale in question. And he is extremely ethical, responsible, and professional (something we sadly discovered is not always the case among other real estate agents). Nate is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and organized. Any question I had he could answer with the most salient information. At one point, I had nearly stopped looking, but Nate would continue to check in and notify about openings in my price range. The turnaround on any spur-of-the-moment request I had was immediate. All in all, I cannot even envision a better experience than working with Nate to acquire a new residence.

We can't rate Nathan highly enough. We just bought our first home with him and we could not have had a better guide and advocate at our side. Nathan was always very responsive to our requests to view properties which was super important in this current seller's market. He was there for us to answer any question or concern. He reassured us and guided us throughout the process. We could not have asked for a realtor with higher ethics, integrity, kindness and knowledge.

When we needed help finding professionals to make some repairs he went out of the way to help us find the help we needed.
