Oliver is as good as it gets. I know that saying gets thrown around a little bit, but he is all you could ever ask for. For starters, he is extremely experienced. He is incredibly intelligent, and hands down the nicest, funniest, family oriented man in the business. His thoroughness, because of his knowledge means you're protected from every angle and always informed. My purchase was an absolute battle, Oliver was right there in the fox hole with me. When the skies turned dark, and it seem like all, hope was lost he was the light that guided us through an incredibly challenging purchase. Much of this fill to the seller, being difficult, the home having challenges, and my own set of challenges. Oliver was the hand that was constantly guiding the boat thru the storm. I not only ended up with the home my wife and I dreamed of, we also were able to get a great value, and an incredible closing cost percentage. I cannot recommend Oliver enough, I already have friends reaching out to him for their purchases, some of which are changing realtors after my wonderful experience. It doesn't matter where you are, Oliver will fight for you and win for you, and always make you feel valued. I don't just consider Oliver a friend my wife and I consider him a member of our family after everything he's done for us. Forget about a 10 out of 10 I give him 1 million out of 10.
