Olivia was just FANTASTIC; knowledgeable about the local market and the purchasing process and very empathetic, personable and genuine. I was looking to purchase in Coos Bay but lived quite a distance away and Olivia was consistently accommodating and always went the extra mile to be available each time I was able to be in town to view homes. She always had great suggestions for viewing in addition to whatever I had expressed an interest in. The process took quite some time with a couple of false starts (which were entirely my doing and not hers) which might have led some to become frustrated but Olivia consistently maintained her enthusiasm, calm professionalism and helpfulness at all times. Olivia was very communicative throughout the buying process, and was extremely helpful going above and beyond with local connections as we were located too far away to handle several things on-site ourselves. We highly recommend her for your real estate needs!

Unfortunately, Olivia didn't inform me of prior eviction and its an agents duty to do so . I'm a senior in a senior community which emphasises her duty to inform . Olivia assured me that past owners items were removed, but this was not the case . Olivia didnt facilitate, prompt, or conduct final walk through. Olivia seems like a sweet person. So I believe her conduct was due to negligence, not intent.

I found Trina Mattoon to be very informative about what needed to done. She was always available to help. She was timely with reports and/or papers that needed to be signed. She sold the house to a great person (for the neighborhood), for an excellent price and in a timely manor. I'm happy she was recommended to me by a friend. She even helped me find a person the complete the fence that had not been done properly. She was always happy and friendly.
