I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience working with Deborah Jones to sell my home. I have never worked with a realtor who did so much to make the sale happen. Her pricing advice was thoughtful and informed. She found multiple contractors for us to complete upgrades before listing. She was always available when any question or issue arose. I also really appreciate how she listened to us and was sensitive to what we were willing and able to do. She worked really hard for us when we asked for help, but gave us space and support when other events in our life took precedence over the home sale. She went the extra mile to coordinate inspections and get repair quotes--something that is very difficult to do if one does not have local Island knowledge and contacts. Deborah excelled at this. Deborah also was deft at managing a higher maintenance seller, spending extra time negotiating and guiding the seller through the process.

Deb Jones helped us purchase our first piece of raw land or Orcas Island, WA. She showed me a few different lots and had great insight on each neighborhood. In addition, she was able to procure historical information about the water and power systems, as well as point us in the right direction for local consultants. Even with the implications of various COVID related restrictions, Deb was still able to help us navigate a fairly complex purchase (the lot we purchased has some environmentally sensitive areas). We had no issues with either submitting an offer, updating said offer, and ultimately closing (all done electronically). Plus she was still able to work out an onsite visit prior to our offer (which again, COVID restrictions - not easy).

Asya is very easy to work with and gives great advice. She has a great knowledge of island properties. This is the third transaction I've conducted with her and would use her again. She made each transaction easy to complete. The last transaction involved a 1031 exchange and she managed to complete the sale within the exchange's 6 month deadline even in the middle of the COVID emergency.
