Enrique is a knowledgeable real estate professional and has great breath of experience. He helped us negotiate a good price for the sale of our property.

We worked with Robert on Enrique's team throughout the process from the beginning of our home search through to closing the deal. Enrique had a team of people working behind the scenes to get the logistics in place, and we didn't have to worry about any of the complexity in the process. Robert was attentive, patient and understanding of our goals and search process. We made two offers prior that failed because we weren't willing to make an offer that high yet. My wife and I wanted to get a sense of the market first before we went in offers that might have been super competitive but at the risk of overpaying. By the time we saw the third and final house, we were ready to be competitive in a seller's market. Robert didn't pressure us to go beyond our means, and respected our thought process and decision making criteria. Throughout the rounds of offers, Robert was good about staying in touch with the selling agent and figuring out offer packages that could close the deal.

We had a really good experience with Enrique/PRG and his team. It was our first time selling and second time buying. We met him over a year ago when we first started thinking of the process and he was persistent to keep in touch with us until we were ready. We sold our place and bought a new one and they managed to line up the closings, and close a little earlier on the new place all while a global pandemic was happening!
