We had a really good experience with Enrique/PRG and his team. It was our first time selling and second time buying. We met him over a year ago when we first started thinking of the process and he was persistent to keep in touch with us until we were ready. When we did finally pull the trigger, everything moved so quickly but smoothly. Working with Enrique and Andrea was very pleasant. in the past years, I have worked with many Realtors/Brokers as a buyer or seller in various transactions. In each case, I was comfortable with the service provided and I felt that they (Realtors/Brokers) were looking out for my best interest. However, with this transaction I was not comfortable with the representation I received. The only times they called me was to discuss a new price strategy (which meant me lowering the selling price) in a hot market!.
