We worked with Robert on Enrique's team throughout the process from the beginning of our home search through to closing the deal. Enrique had a team of people working behind the scenes to get the logistics in place, and we didn't have to worry about any of the complexity in the process. Robert was attentive, patient and understanding of our goals and search process. We made two offers prior that failed because we weren't willing to make an offer that high yet. My wife and I wanted to get a sense of the market first before we went in offers that might have been super competitive but at the risk of overpaying. By the time we saw the third and final house, we were ready to be competitive in a seller's market. Robert didn't pressure us to go beyond our means, and respected our thought process and decision making criteria. Throughout the rounds of offers, Robert was good about staying in touch with the selling agent and figuring out offer packages that could close the deal.

Blanca was an absolute delight to work with. It's rare to find someone who is continuously pleasant, courteous, and considerate; we found ourselves very lucky to be clients of hers. Blanca spent the time to identify our requirements and budget and was very honest on the bidding process, ensuring we knew what we were up against, or cases where we may be unlikely to win a bid. Further, Blanca was in constant contact with us, providing meaningful updates from start to finish. Even after we closed on our home she has given us further updates and helped arrange aspects of the sale in addition to checking in on our closing day to let us know everything we needed. Overall a very pleasant and positive experience. We would recommend Blanca to anyone buying a home and felt hugely blessed that our paths crossed
