We were in a hurry to buy a house as we were expecting our first child but nervous because we had a limited budget.
She made herself available to our schedule. We went to look on 4-5 homes on a single day too. It was hectic but she made it easy for us with her planning and research on the homes. Her honest opinion on condition of home helped in our decision making. She is approachable at any time and communication was a breeze with Blanca. We thought finding a dream home is always a difficult task but kudos to Blanca and her team, who made it happen for us in less than 4 months.

in the past years, I have worked with many Realtors/Brokers as a buyer or seller in various transactions. In each case, I was comfortable with the service provided and I felt that they (Realtors/Brokers) were looking out for my best interest. However, with this transaction I was not comfortable with the representation I received. The only times they called me was to discuss a new price strategy (which meant me lowering the selling price) in a hot market!. After numerous, calls to discuss a new price strategy I decided to visit my house during open houses to see what the traffic was like. I was surprised to learn that they were using only two "open house" signs and both were feet away on the same street.
