Quan was truly exceptional. On the 1st meeting, we were impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that Redfin had about the market. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always call back or text us back right away. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. Quan not only helped us sold our condo within a month but also helped us find our dream home and closed escrow in a month. He helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other one. I would never work with Quan or would ever recommend him to anyone. Everything went great until we switch lenders from the one he referred us to and maybe it was because we did it at the last moment. After switching lenders communication with him was far less and it was always quick and short. Even the way he spoke to our new lender felt confrontational. I always gave him the benefit of the doubt when his attitude shifted because I blamed it on switching of the lender and just looked passed it. Fast forward, the contract of our house allowed the current owners 20 days after we close escrow. 14 days into their 20 days stay, the previous owners let us know they would be able to move out 2 days before the day we contracted to get our keys. He knew just how to stage, list and market my property to the perfect buyers and that’s what I got. He never gave up and kept going strong doing fantastic open houses along with booking me up with various brokers bringing in their clients to look at my home. He is extremely trust worthy and he always had my best interest at heart and treated my like a family member. After initially buying became extremely competitive, we were handed to Quan. Quan's professionalism and knowledge were immediately set front and center. He was able to get us in touch with a lender that made it possible to get us on track for a quick close. He was also able to deftly navigate our buying process in this market. Front start to finish I don't think there is one thing we wished that Quan would do differently. We closed on a house in 13 days from the offer to close. He was able to handle this including maneuvering our close on our property as well our making sure we didn't overspend (even in this market). We couldn't recommend Quan or the team at Redfin any higher.

Quan was really on top of things as soon as we expressed interest in putting an offer on a home. He talked us through the details and clearly gave us a list of what we needed to provide, all in a short moments notice. While we didn’t get the house, I’m so glad it worked out that way because I definitely would’ve felt that I overpaid. Quan was honest with us on his opinion of a fair price and I’m relieved we took his advice. Since then he’s checked in with us often and always quick to respond when we have questions.

Over the years, we've had to deal with different agents and Quan is hands down the best we've encountered.
When you are about to invest your life savings, you want someone who is clear and honest with you about the properties you go visit and Quan was exactly that.
You also want someone committed, reactive, communicative and Quan and his team were exactly that, working around the clock to make things happen.
