I recently had the pleasure of working with Steven Halen to purchase our new home from start to finish. He was very prepared and understanding of our what we were looking for in a home from our initial conversation throughout the whole process. Steve was highly knowledgeable about the market and always made me feel like a priority. Steve explained many options from new sales to resales and I can’t thank him enough for that. Steve was very well versed with dealing with sellers. When there was uncertain verbiage in speaking with builders/sellers Steve would explain to us with examples of possible options. Moving from one state to another was difficult enough however, Steve went above and beyond providing us with the confidence throughout the process. Steve still viewed properties in our absence and understood so well what I wanted when he found our home and video me and it was everything I wanted. We closed on our house in 10 days and currently in the moving process. Thank you Steven Halen for everything. I would most certainly recommend friends and family in the selling and buying of there next homes.
