I recently had the pleasure of working with Steven Halen to purchase our new home from start to finish. He was very prepared and understanding of our what we were looking for in a home from our initial conversation throughout the whole process. Steve was highly knowledgeable about the market and always made me feel like a priority. Steve explained many options from new sales to resales and I can’t thank him enough for that. Steve was very well versed with dealing with sellers. When there was uncertain verbiage in speaking with builders/sellers Steve would explain to us with examples of possible options. We had been in contact over the phone but met Steve a month ago when we came to AZ to look at houses. Even though we had to change our location to look 2 days before he had plenty to show us. Once we decided he stayed 100% involved lucky for us. He resolved an issue with our mortgage lender that would have had us living in a motel for a month or more waiting for information they didn’t need.

I never liked any real estate agents. They usually tell you want you want to hear. But when i was set up with Steve, he was forward and to the point and was extremely helpful in finding us the house we wanted even after i felt bad for making him drive so much and drive so far. I recommend him for all my friends and anybody i know looking to purchase a house.
