Rachel always looks out for her client’s best interests. She helped me sell my house. The buyer was making escrow a bit more challenging than it needed to be; asking for an unreasonable amount of credits, not sharing the appraisal report, and even paused closing for $250 (which was ridiculous and Rachel offered to take out of her commission). Strategizing always feels like a team effort and she always makes it a point to make sure you feel comfortable with whatever decisions you make while offering as many tips and perspectives that she could share. I would definitely recommend!
