I found Robert Ott and his entire team to be professional, fun and understanding of "my" situation. I was in a situation where my expectations were not being met and no offer being received in over a 60day period. I made a difficult decision, and began exploring other options. Upon researching Robert Ott, I chose his services and within a short period of time I not only received multiple offers, I was able to recoup the initial price reductions. Robert and his team not only met my expectations but went above and beyond through the entire process.
