Jonnie is the best realtor I've ever have pleasure of working with on closing deals. He will work with you from start to finish and he won't leave you hanging either. I wanted to close on my last deal due to it being a 1031 Exchange, and Jonnie made sure it's in good condition and repaired a P-trap for me so it would drain appropriately. He also did photos on the repairs the previous owner did and informed me every step of the way his recommendations. As long as he is still a realtor and working, I will seek him out.

This review may seem a bit out of place since most of my interactions were not with Rob but I think this is a good warning to others using Redfin - research the agent you actually end up using. Clicking on Rob's picture is unlikely to result in Rob being your direct agent but one of the people who work for him. While I have been told Rob has a significant amount of experience in real estate that doesn't amount to much if someone else is your main contact and he does not have any oversight or interaction until the transaction goes off the rails....which mine did. My search for the right home took 10 months. This was at multiple times a frustrating process, coming close on some and then back to square one. However, the constant in this ordeal was Rob. Even if he takes little time off his agent always around to help you with whatever you need. Helped us with getting all the paper work for the loan. He knows his work well. Amazing, amazing agent. We have been looking for a house for more than a year and this was not the first time we were in the market. Rob is exceptional- very prompt in responding to our emails, extremely knowledgeable about the market, patient in dealing with non-cooperative seller's agent and a person with high integrity and strong work ethic. He was never pushy, was authentic in sharing his observations, always protected our interest and provided additional resources so that we could make informed choices. He even worked with our seller's whose agent practically abondoned them after the deal was signed but the keys were yet to be delivered.
I don't think I will like working with any other agent again.
