My husband and I decided in November, the night before thanksgiving that we wanted to sell our home in San Bernardino and upgrade to a bigger home in an area with better schools for our daughter. We looked online for local real estate agents and emailed a few. Raul was the only one that got back to us and it was on Thanksgiving Day!! We were initially impressed by his sense of urgency in getting back to us and set up an appointment. Raul told us that he would sell our home by March. He was right on point! He ended up getting us into our new home (the one we truly fell in love with) and getting us out of our old home at the exact same time! Raul went above and beyond to sell my property. He helped my rental clients find a place to live, facilitated all sessions between my HOA, property management company, and prospective buyers. My efforts were minimal at best.

Raul has proven to be a professional leader in the market; he has taken extremely difficult circumstances and made the buy/sell happen.
